The staff was very friendly .
The room had a dirty and musty smell. I found a wet used washcloth hanging on the shower, completely unacceptable. The noise from the highway was unbearable.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was nice having free breakfast and access to a pool, a fridge, and a microwave.
There were many crickets outside of our room and we had to make sure they didn't come in when the door was open.

The loud noise outside kept me awake all night, and the mattress was desperately uncomfortable. I was shocked to see such poor cleanliness in a hotel.

Bed was comfortable
Had to wait on breakfast. No hot food on bar and no coffee. Came at busy time and people were standing waiting.

The hotel was very easy to access from Hwy 61 and just far enough away from the noise of the festival going on downtown.
There was no linen service for all three days of our stay, quite disappointing.

The room was updated and newly renovated with a very comfortable mattress. The pool area was clean and the location was easy, not far from an a local restaurant called Drakes. It also was on downtown.

The location offered very nice accessibility, and the complimentary pork belly dish was a good surprise. Unfortunately, the absence of housekeeping during a three-night stay led to a lack of fresh linens. The room condition, particularly the worn mattress, affected overall comfort significantly.

The staff was friendly.
I'm pretty sure we were attacked by bed bugs. Both my husband and I woke up with hundreds of bites on our arms and legs. The room looked clean when we got there but smelled a little musty. No idea we would wake up to that.
